Designed by Daniel Libeskind, the Imperial War Museum North was meant to be a symbol of international conflict that torn apart the world into small pieces.
The building wonderes visitors, as they pass the huge tower, or rather should I say, sail.
That really doesn't matter, but the most important is that is tells the story about people who lost their lives because of the war.
The year also doesn't matter - wheter it is 1939 or 2000s - the Museum proves that 'the war changes the way people perceive the world'.
And you can actually feel that when you're inside the building. You're surrounded with uneven walls, the interiors are covered with half-dark and only smooth glimmer of light makes your way trough the following exhibitions.
I need to admit - that was sort of weird feeling to find ourselves surrounded by all these proofs of war.
