How traditional Polish Easter should be?

If you can't imagine Easter without white borscht, eggs, ham, Krakowska sausage and selection of fresh veggies, than you can try to buy some of these in one of the Polish shops, or...prepare all of that on your own!

That was great fun for Mario and me to organise our first Easter. What's more - we spent it without family. Even though we managed to prepare truly traditional Easter for ourselves and Kuba, our flat mate.

The tradition here appears not only in eating, but spending some quality time together is also important, as well as lots of positive thoughts, greetings and fun!

I missed my family, but was also proud of my cooking abilities that apparently increased dramatically and was happy to share the joy with my Love.
